Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — your email address and full name, plus a profile record we create when you sign up (including via Google sign-in).
• Purchase data — which documents you bought, amount, currency, environment and the payment reference used to unlock and receipt your order.
• Document intake answers — the details you type into a document form so we can generate your file.
• Signature records — your typed or drawn signature, the document hash, timestamp, and hashed (not plain) IP and browser strings used as an audit trail.
• Technical data — basic log and device information needed to run and secure the site.

2. How we use it

To create your account, generate and deliver the documents you request, process payments and receipts, provide your purchase history and signature audit trail, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who processes data for us

• Stripe — payment processing and receipts. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Our hosting and database provider — stores your account, purchases and signature records.
• Our AI generation provider — receives the intake answers needed to compose your document.
• Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies and local storage keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice, and let checkout work. With your consent we may also use analytics storage to understand which documents are most needed. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which brings the cookie banner back.

5. Retention

We keep account, purchase and signature records for as long as your account exists, because they are what give you continued access to the documents you paid for and to your audit trail. Intake answers are kept with the document you generated. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data, except where we must keep transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

You can access and update your name from your account page, and you can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

Access to your data is restricted to your own account through row-level database rules, payments are handled by Stripe, and signature audit data stores hashed rather than raw session identifiers. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
