1. Who we are

The Vault Doc ("we", "us") operates an online library that generates legal, compliance, business and technical documents on demand. By creating an account or purchasing a document you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must create an account before purchasing. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Purchases and pricing

• Documents are sold per use — one payment unlocks the document you bought, which is then yours to keep and download from your account.
• There is no subscription or recurring charge. Prices are shown in USD before checkout and any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Promotional offers (such as a free first document) apply only to the categories and conditions stated at the time of the offer.

4. Licence to use documents

When you pay for a document you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, edit and distribute the generated output for your own business or personal purposes, including for your clients. You may not resell, redistribute or republish our documents as a competing template library or document-generation service.

5. No legal advice

Our documents are generated automatically from the information you provide. We are not a law firm and no attorney–client relationship is created. Documents may not suit your jurisdiction or situation. Have a qualified professional review anything you intend to rely on.

6. Electronic signatures

Our e-sign feature records your signature together with a tamper-evident audit record (document hash, UTC timestamp and hashed session metadata). You are responsible for confirming that electronic signing is valid for your document type and jurisdiction.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, access other users' data, scrape the catalog in bulk or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change the catalog, pricing or features. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the document in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business.
